Police incidents

On the Swainsboro Police Blotter:
Wednesday: Seeing an unrestrained infant in the lap of a front seat passenger, officers stopped a Mustang on Moring Street. One officer took the driver to get a car seat. The passenger was his brother and, after police found a small bag of suspected marijuana, was taken to jail and ticketed for possession, less than one ounce. The infant was placed in the care of the driver.
At 3:24 PM, Police arrested two 17 year old boys and an 18 year old male in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. They were taken to the Emanuel County Jail and charged with shoplifting. The group had reportedly been walking through the store eating potato chips and drinking alcoholic beverages that belonged to the store.
On Tuesday night this woman on Lee Street parked her car to block her son’s car that had three rims stolen from it during the afternoon. Then during the night, two of her tires were punctured and flattened.
And a window was shattered and damaged at a home on Watson Street in an unsuccessful break in attempt.d.getElementsByTagName(‘head’)[0].appendChild(s);
