GSU site for Saturday Aug. 16 Job Fair

Plans for Congressman John Barrow’s 2014 Veterans & Military Job Fair have been announced. The event will be held at the Georgia Southern University Nessmith-Lane Conference Center, on the Statesboro campus at the corner of Plant and Chandler, Saturday, August 16th from 9:00 AM to Noon with employer check in starting at 8:00 AM.
New this year, and based on employer feedback, the organizers will open the event up to the general public. The first hour will be for veterans and military personnel & dependents, but from 10:00 AM to Noon, the event will be open to all comers.
