Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Mrs. Hazel Lee Mincey, age 88, of Twin City, GA on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the Emanuel Medical Center Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the Garfield Methodist Church with Rev. Randall Smith and Rev. Fred Dunn officiating.

Interment will be in the Hebron Cemetery in Garfield, GA.

The family will receive friends  Saturday, September 22, 2012 from  2:00 – 4:00 PM at the chruch.

Pallbearers are Jimmy Mincey, Willie Mincey, Dwain Lee, Jay Elmore, Jimmy Selestock, Travis Wilson and Robert Kerney

Mrs. Mincey was retired from the Emanuel County Nutrition Center as a Kitchen Supervisor and a member of the Garfield Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; Curtis Mincey, parents; Walter Thomas and Ouida Rowland Lee and son; Walter Lester Mincey.

Survivors include:

Two Sons: William “Bill” Lee (Patricia) of Garfield, GA and Roy “Jack” Mincey (Bonnie) of Twin City, GA.

Six Sisters: Betty Jean Dunn (Fred) of Twin City, GA, Elizabeth Elmore (Howard) of Millen, GA, Robbie Youngblood of Metter, GA, Brenda Selestock of Hagan,GA , Gail Johnson (Marvin) of Tennille, GA and Janice Gerrard (Tracy) of TN

One Brother: Andy Lee of Summerville, GA

Daughter-In-Law: Linda Mincey of Twin City, GA

Three Grandchildren: Michelle Lee Wiggins (Scott), Jack Mincey Jr. (Carol) and Anita Williams.

Three Step Grandchildren: Brittney Gray (Eric), Brooke McBride (Jeff) and Brandi Wigley (Kevin)
